Although we had hoped our 40th reunion dinner banquet would be a night spent on the shores of Oneida Lake, we have had to change our venue because of circumstances beyond our control. We were unable to meet the minimum requirement for the use of DiCastro’s Private Beach Club in Sylvan Beach.
The original caterer from Dibble’s Inn has generously offered us the use of “The Mason Jar” on Route 5 in Vernon for a very reasonable fee and will offer the same menu offerings as we originally set forth for DiCastro’s Private Beach Club. Due to this change in venue and fees, we are able to offer a $20/person refund to all who have previously paid for the dinner banquet at DiCastro’s Private Beach Club.
If for any reason you are not happy with the change in venue and would like to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your dinner banquet reservation fee, that option is also available up until July 26th.
In the next week, via Postal Mail, you will be receiving a form to return to Lance Williams:
- If you have not yet mailed in your reservation form, this will be the new reservation form for the new venue at the new lower rates.
- If you have mailed in your reservation, this form with be your refund request form, with options on how to disperse your overpayment.
We are hoping this new semi-casual venue will entice more of you to come and share a night with friends near and far, take a walk down memory lane, renew old friendships, show off your life’s battle scars, share some laughs, tell some old stories, and simply put… “make it a night to remember”.
